When you register as a new customer or verify your address at checkout, please enter your exact 5 digit zip code (NOT the 9 digit extended zip code) or you may receive errors in the shipping calculations at checkout. Florida Sales Tax will apply to sales delivered to destinations within Florida. Shipping charges are based upon US Postal Service quoted rates for Express, Priority and Parcel, F.O.B. from our shipping point to your destination zip code by using our shopping cart's calculation of the shipping weight of packaged products rounded to the closest likely rate. Any minor differences between quoted rates and actual rates will not be adjusted. However, please contact us by email to arrange for a refund of any major difference. Likewise, we may contact you to correct any major difference made in your favor. For example, the online postal rating server may have been temporary unavailable when our cart calculated shipping for your order. Orders are normally shipped the next business day, but may be shipped the same day if your order is placed before Noon Eastern Time. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card for payment though our online store. Be assured that your credit card details are secured within 128 bit encryption through our merchant credit card gateway. Please call us to place your order by phone if you want to pick up your order from our facilities in Clearwater, Florida or if you want to arrange for your own carrier. Our store has a $60 minimum order amount (excluding tax, shipping and handling) for you to proceed to checkout, and orders totaling less than $120 (excluding tax and shipping) carry a $10 stock handling fee because, by maintaining low prices, handling costs to pick and pack smaller orders could easily exceed margins. Handling is separately stated from shipping to comply with USPS regulations for connecting to their rate server. If the handling fee applies to your order, it should first appear in a list box next to the credit card payment method. However, it is not related to paying by credit card. We understand that our minimum order amount or handling charge may affect your order decision, but please compare the convenience, value and total cost of your order to those of other online sources as well as conventional retail stores.
